How Do I Add Another Vehicle To My Account?

If you purchased a second vehicle with an AVAS unit installed and would like to have both units in the same account, please submit a support ticket from within the app.
  1. Click the top left icon in the app 
  2. Select the "Support Form" option near the bottom of the list of options.
  3. Please include the VIN that is currently in your account, include the VIN that you are requesting to be moved into your account, include the dealership you purchased your new vehicle from and the date the vehicle was purchased.
  4. A support team representative will contact you within 1 - 2 business days after the support ticket has been submitted.
